Your customized control unit

The tiller head is the main control element of a tiller-operated transport device. That is why our product developers focus on the best combination of design, ergonomics and performance. The design and features can be modified individually (shape, size, buttons or rockers, choice of color for the tiller head and actuators).

Effortless and stress-free operation, even over long periods of time, are as important as reliable data exchange between the operating elements and the motor controller. The electronic control system provides reliable and correct transmission of power and data and can be adapted to individual requirement profiles.

To ensure the necessary stability and resistance of the tiller head to external influences (e.g. moisture) in everyday operation, glass fiber-reinforced polyamide plastics and special seals are used for the electronic components.

Tiller head MOD1

There are various options for customizing color, configuration and position of the buttons and rockers and additional features e.g. keypads or heated grip surfaces.

The buttons work mechanically and have a water-repellent coating. A simple design ensures uncomplicated handling. The color of the push-buttons can be chosen freely according to RAL.

The rockers equipped with a sensor can be configured individually. Initial raising and lowering, as with the on-off button, are just as possible as proportional movement parameters.

Both models come in the standard version with a housing in deep black (RAL 9005) and the actuators in traffic grey (RAL 7042), traffic green (RAL 6024) or yellow (RAL 1021).

Do you prefer a different color combination? The housing and rockers can be supplied in other colors according to your specifications.

Tiller head MOD2

The MOD2 can be customized to your individual specifications and preferences. Its modular design allows all rockers and buttons to be modified in number and configuration. The color configuration of the components can be chosen from a wide range of RAL colors. Ergonomically designed actuators make handling easier in everyday working life.

This model is the right choice for areas with potentially explosive atmospheres, such as the chemical industry or mining. Its modular design offers individual design options. The basic shape is the result of ergonomic findings. The national ATEX certification confirms that the MOD2 has successfully passed the strict tests of the EU directives for the control of explosion-protected industrial trucks.
