Effective June 5, 2026, REMA USA LLC has established new subsidiaries under the REMA brand to provide more dedicated support and resources by industry segment.
Going forward, suppliers and partners in the Materials Handling sector will work with REMA MH USA LLC, while those in the Electric Vehicle segment will work with REMA EV USA LLC.
This change represents an organizational and legal name adjustment only. Existing business relationships, processes, and agreements will remain unchanged.
Key information for suppliers:
-New purchase orders issued from June 5, 2026 onward will carry the new entity names.
-Existing purchase orders remain valid under previously agreed terms.
-Invoicing and remittance details should follow the information stated on the respective purchase orders.
-Current shipping, invoicing, and quality requirements remain unchanged unless otherwise specified.
This organizational alignment enables REMA to provide even more focused support and industry-specific expertise to customers and partners worldwide.
